# Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Stonecashify. By accessing or using our Platform (stonecashify.com / stonecashify.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
## 1. About the Platform
Stonecashify is a marketplace connecting sellers of rough gemstones, faceted stones, and gemstone jewellery with buyers. We operate in two ways depending on the seller's registration status:
- **Marketplace Mode:** Sellers with a valid GST registration ship items directly to buyers. Stonecashify facilitates the transaction and payment but does not take ownership of the item.
- **Admin-Owned Mode:** For sellers without a GST registration, Stonecashify purchases the item from the seller at an agreed price, and resells it to the buyer. In this case, Stonecashify is the seller of record for that transaction.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
## 3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stonecashify.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
## 4. Seller Terms
**Listing Accuracy:** Sellers must provide accurate descriptions of their gemstones, including weight, origin, condition, and any certification, to the best of their knowledge. Misrepresenting an item is grounds for listing removal and account suspension.
**GST Compliance:** Sellers providing a GST number confirm it is valid and belongs to them. We reserve the right to verify this information.
**Pricing:** Sellers set their own asking price for marketplace-mode listings. For admin-owned mode, the purchase price is negotiated directly between the seller and Stonecashify.
**Shipping Obligations:** GST-registered sellers must ship orders directly to the buyer and provide accurate courier and tracking information. Non-GST sellers must ship approved items to Stonecashify's designated address for inspection and onward delivery to the buyer.
**Payouts:** Sellers are responsible for keeping their payout details (bank, UPI, or PhonePe) accurate and up to date via their account settings. Stonecashify is not liable for payments sent to incorrect details provided by the seller.
## 5. Buyer Terms
**Orders:** Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted upon successful payment confirmation.
**Product Variation:** Gemstones are natural products. Color, clarity, inclusions, and exact dimensions may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen calibration, and the natural characteristics of each stone. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.
**Certification:** Where a seller has indicated a lab certification is available, buyers should verify the certificate details independently if the authenticity of the certification is material to their purchase decision. Stonecashify does not independently verify third-party lab certifications.
## 6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

## 8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- List or attempt to purchase counterfeit, stolen, or illegally sourced gemstones
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent Platform fees by transacting with another user outside the Platform after being connected through it
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
## 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including the Stonecashify name, logo, and design, is the property of Stonecashify unless otherwise noted. Product photos uploaded by sellers remain the property of the seller but are licensed to Stonecashify for display purposes on the Platform.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
Stonecashify facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or condition of items sold by third-party sellers in Marketplace Mode, beyond the review process applied at listing approval. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonecashify's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
## 11. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users of the Platform.
## 12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Satara, Maharashtra.
## 13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
